Working full time in photography, mainly in events, is not all concerts and sports games. There are loads of corporate events that I get to capture as an event photographer.
One client that I have had for many years (and for whom I worked with over a decade ago before going full time into photography) is the BDC. A bank dedicated to helping small and medium sized companies.
They had a new branch opening up in Terrebonne and decided to throw a good old BBQ and invite local businesses, existing and potential new clients, to hang out in the sun and fun.
Event photography allows me to meet so many people from diverse areas, and also offers a unique challenge in not only capturing the smiles and handshakes, but also the details, the setting, food, people, branding, etc.
