Scotish singer / songwriter Lewis Capaldi stopped at Laval’s Place Bell not too long ago. The last time he was in the city he played at Montreal’s Corona Theatre in front a few hundred. This time, it was a packed 8k arena full of loving fans.
Many learned of Lewis Capaldi’s life and challenges with Tourette’s Syndrome and how he might have to stop touring due to the stress it causes.
It was a delight to see him on stage. Not only does he have a powerful voice and writes meaningful songs, he knows how to command an audience. The funny stories, the occasional jokes during a song, making him probably one of the more endearing artists I have seen in many years.
