Backstreet Boys | Bell Centre | Montreal Concert Photographer

One of the original boy bands (along with NKOTB), Backstreet Boys still put on an amazing show. Call it a nostalgia show if you want, the 5 boys – we should call them men as their ages range from 39 to 47 – typically play Montreal two nights in a row. Sadly, many fans were BSB-less this time around as they only had one show scheduled, which sold out in about a day.

The Bell Centre rang loud when the lights dropped. The not so high pitched screams of their fans greated the quintet. While many bands seem to have lost that “soul” of performing, you can tell that BSB still have a good time.

I believe we were a little over a dozen photographers on the outside of the diamond shaped stage. The centre being occupied by some lucky fans. The Backstreet Boys stayed in the … uh… back of the stage during out 3 song set, and only come out to the front later on in the show. I’ll still take that over being back at the soundboard any day.
